General Policy

Refunds are evaluated based on the stage of the project and the services already delivered. Because our services involve custom work, refunds may not be available once work has started or been completed as per the agreed scope.

Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • • The project has not yet started, or
  • • No significant work has been completed at the time of the request

Once work has begun or deliverables have been shared, refunds are generally not applicable.

Custom Services

All services provided by Phoenix Publishers LLC, including editing, formatting, cover design, publishing assistance, author branding, distribution support, and consultation services, are customized to each client. As a result, completed or in-progress work is not eligible for refund.

Revision Policy

We encourage clients to use the revision process included in their selected package to ensure satisfaction before requesting a refund.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels with relevant project details. Each request is reviewed individually based on project status and service agreement.

Processing Time
